This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing and communications professional who has a passion for content creation and campaign management, to join our team as a Campaign and Content Executive.This role is integral to delivering value to our growing membership and our ambitious plans to raise the profile of our work and increase engagement across a wide variety of stakeholders.


The postholder will be responsible for designing and delivering a variety of campaigns across all digital channels, as well as identifying and creating assets and content that showcase our work.


This role offers flexible hybrid working, enabling our colleagues to divide their time between our head office in Loughborough and working from home.

Specific details/flexible working options can be discussed as part of the interview process. We recognise the many benefits that an effective hybrid working culture brings to both CIMSPA and our colleagues.


Key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Creation and implementation of multi-channel campaigns to communicate and deliver defined impact for individual projects and whole organisation strategic priorities.
  • Creation of 'onbrand' assets and content which are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Development of relationships across the organisation and with stakeholders to enable the sourcing of impactful stories and content (written and visual) which can be delivered across multiple channels.
  • Effective planning and execution of campaigns against agreed key performance metrics including reporting.
  • Providing commentary and insight on campaign and asset performance.

Salary:
£24,000 - £28,000 per annum
