IT SERVICE MANAGER
£30,000 -£40,000 per annum plus on-call bonus (£240 per week) after passing probation**25 days holiday plus birthday off

Hours of work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday - 4 days on-site and 1 working from home

POST recruitment are proudly recruiting for a forward thinking, friendly law firm in Leeds.


You will be an excellent and confident communicator and have the ability to interact with senior management, team members to ensure a fantastic experience.


This is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast paced and high performing team renowned for their approach and delivery of impeccable service.

Previous experience within the legal sector is desired,but not essential.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Building interdepartmental relationships allowing proactive support to staff with any IT related issues within their role and/or department.
  • Provide user support: password reset, end user admin, configure new starter setups
  • Floor Walking
  • Hardware support e.g. fix laptops, desktops, phones
  • Offer remote support via a logging system
  • Windows and Apple
  • Oversee the maintenance of all PC's, printers, photocopiers, scanners, telephones
  • Ensure all mandatory company software is installed and kept uptodate on all hardware.
  • Establish a culture of IT awareness throughout all departments

What we'd like to see from you:

  • Previous experience in a Managerial role/Managing a team
  • You'll work well in a friendly, fastpaced team
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about providing exceptional client service
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working in the legal sector and an understanding of how they work/knowledge of legal jargon
  • Experience managing AV equipment
  • Knowledge of intranets/extranets
