Description

We currently have and Administrative Assistant position available at our fast-paced South Birmingham office, working 37.5 hours per week on a 10 month Maternity cover basis.

The role is full time office-based and the working pattern is Monday - Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Processing sales orders
  • Resolving queries
  • Ad hoc administration tasks
  • General admin support for Sales team

Experience in:


  • Work well under pressure and be able to keep to tight deadlines
  • Polite and helpful telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise & manage workload
  • Computer literate with good understanding of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Works well in a team and independently

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 10 months


Salary:
£21,300.00 per year
