Up to £27,000 (DOE)

This is an amazing opportunity to develop your business & legal supportexperience in a thriving firm with modern offices in Bristol.

The firm looking for someone who enjoys dealing with people at all levels, is keen to learn and develop their role, and would enjoy assisting a small team supporting a team of partners who deal with Tax & Succession matters.

The Role:

Take responsibility for diary and travel management
Responding to queries from clients & other stakeholders on behalf of the fee earners
Produce and amend precedent letters and Housestyle documents
File management tasks to ensure full compliance with practices including, Lexcel, Code of Conduct, and antiMoney Laundering

You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of providing high quality administration & secretarial support within a legal or professional services environment.

You will have the ability to offer excellent concise, clear and effective written communicationskills you will also possess great attention to detail and have strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Strong organisational skills are a must in the role as is the ability and confidence to communicate effectively with stakeholders whilst dealing withhighly confidential information.

The firm are flexible on the working pattern for this position and will therefore consider both part time(four days) and full-time hours.
