SRS Partnership are recruiting production operators for our industry leading manufacturing client based in the
Maybole area of South Ayrshire.

These roles will be offered out on a temp to perm basis and for the right people there will be the chance of a permanent full time position where you will have opportunity to progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities

Operate all production machinery and equipment to assemble, fabricate, and package products.
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality control and meet production targets.
Perform materials handling tasks, including moving raw materials and finished products within the warehouse.
Use hand tools and power tools to perform various tasks, such as cutting, drilling, and shaping materials.
Troubleshoot issues.

What we need from you.

Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with a range of hand tools.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Strong work ethic.

You will work on a 2 week rotation which will be as follows:

Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm/2 weeks then
Monday-Thursday, 2pm-10pm &
Friday 2pm-7pm/2 weeks. Overtime will be paid at an enhanced rate.

Please ensure you are able to commute to the area prior to applying

£11.77-£12.17 per hour
