Key Responsibilities

Prepare materials for client demonstrations and training sessions, such as slides and step-by-step guides.
Shadow senior team members during client meetings and training sessions to learn how to effectively support clients in using the system.
Respond to client inquiries about system functions, capturing requests and assisting in the scoping of functionality changes to the application.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel).

You will also need strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures accurately.
