Your mission?
As a
Lead Administrator, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to Engineering Leads and the Engineering Team.


Your key responsibilities?

  • To provide efficient and effective administrative support to Engineering Leads and the Engineering Team
  • Lead the ESS Teams Derby and India.
  • Maintain continuous improvement while ensuring the Engineering Office is compliant with EHS and legal requirements.
  • Responsible for office management and ensuring any issues/incidents are reported and actioned
  • Manage all ordering for engineering ensuring these are raised in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage bookings of meeting rooms, catering, pool cars, all enquiries and any ad hoc duties as required.
  • Arrange external training
  • Coordinate external meetings
  • Assist Engineering Managers with new starters.
  • Arrange and book business travel for Engineering Leads and Engineering Team
  • Issue local briefs, display and communicate Company vacancies

Your Profile

  • PA/Senior secretary course would be an advantage
  • Considerable professional experience in a similar role, ideally with formal qualifications
  • Good verbal and communication skills.
  • Interdepartmental Teamwork skills
