    Main Job Purpose:

    We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to provide expert services to Galleries, Institutions, and Private Clients both in the UK and Internationally. This individual will serve as the main contact for specific client accounts allocated by the Team Leader.

    Responsibilities:

    1. As an integral part of the Gallery and Collector Team, this role focuses on delivering a premium service.
    2. The successful candidate will provide support to colleagues and junior team members.
    3. This position requires a good understanding of IT and shipping methods.
    4. The ideal candidate will provide quick yet accurate responses to inquiries and estimate requests.
    5. Maintaining existing client relationships and building new ones is crucial for success in this role.
    6. Transportation booking, crate orders, communication with agents, clients, airlines, shipping lines, and other industry bodies will be key responsibilities.
    7. A well-organized electronic filing system is essential for maintaining detailed records.
    8. This role involves managing and delivering projects within time and budget constraints while keeping clients informed of any changes.
    9. All work must be handled in a confidential, professional, and consistent manner.
    10. The ability to plan workload effectively to meet deadlines is vital.
    11. In-house training will be provided to ensure the success of the chosen candidate.
    12. Flexibility with working hours depending on project requirements is necessary.
