Description

A leading UK accountancy firm is seeking a Senior AML Analyst to join their client onboarding team in London on a hybrid working basis.

In this role, you will oversee the firm's AML policies and procedures, ensure all staff have the necessary training andreport in to the MLRO.

You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent AML legislation knowledge, as well as strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Key roles and responsibilities will include:

Carrying out the onboarding process for new clients
Ensuring all onboarding processes are up to date and in line with regulatory requirements
Assisting with training and managing the onboarding team
Carrying out quality control checks on junior team members' work and providing suggestions for improvement
Reviewing and carrying out client intake procedures, ensuring all documents are obtained and recorded
Reviewing escalation queries from the team
Advising on client intake questions from partners and staff
Auditing client intake procedures
Keeping up to date with AML legislation changes and updating the firm's policies and procedures accordingly
Ad hoc project support as required
