Billion Media is a growing digital marketing company based in Liverpool.We specialise in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and have an interest in the legal sector, though we offer our services to a wide range of industries.
We're seeking an experiencedSEO Campaign Planner And Keyword Researcher to join our team.
The Job
As an SEO Campaign Planner, your day-to-day duties will involve:
- Planning SEO campaigns and content
- your central role will involve conducting in-depth competitor analysis and research to produce content plans for our writers and SEO team to work from. We therefore seek someone with a creative and analytical mind to identify what's working and how to replicate that in our own unique way.
- Conducting keyword research this is another key part of your role, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Other tasks you may also be required to provide support with include:
- Analysing live pages and conducting optimisation tasks
- Site audits. Technical support is in place to complete fixes
- Identifying backlink opportunities
- Providing training on SEO to colleagues
- Supporting the Head of SEO in any tasks that arise
What we're looking for in the successful applicant:
Knowledge of SEO,
researching and using keywords, backlinking and experience in using SEO tools is essential. We seek someone who is truly passionate about SEO.
Experience in using WordPress is also essential.

Attention to detail is a big part of this role. You will be expected to update sometimes complex and technical articles which require a sharp editorial eye.

The Benefits
The starting salary is between £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience. You'll be entitled to 28 days holiday per year, including bank holidays. This increases with each year of service.
We also offer flexitime and some working from home entitlements, though this role is predominantly office-based. You can expect free snacks and drinks, regular social events and a relaxed office environment.
Our office is located in Liverpool Innovation Park, which has great transport links, its own café, a gym and is just a few minutes' walk from the new Liverpool Shopping Park.
