The Role


The Change and Enablement Manager plays a key role in organising business wide change by supporting the delivery, implementation and optimisation of transformational projects from across the business in to the relevant functions/teams.


They are responsible for creating and managing the change processes to ensure a consistent adoption across all relevant stakeholders and reporting the benefit to the business.

They act as the bridge between strategic change and business operations. They are analytical in their approach and skilled in identifying risks and developing mitigation tactics.


What You'll Be Doing

  • In providing transformation work streams with a structured methodology / process, they manage the business transformation to ensure the right quality and pace of delivery across the whole organisation up to and including the end user
  • Through the development of processes they identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics to maximise the successful adoption and outcomes for each project
  • They collate and manage program materials in order to achieve high level of cross work stream collaboration ensuring clear and consistent communication across the entire business
  • They drive and track adherence to milestones, deliverables and timelines for work streams by product and value stream leads and control the ongoing pace of future product releases
  • Throughout the process they ensure learning and development materials and plans are in place that will maximise adoption and deliver overall benefit the business
  • Throughout the process, they monitor and report on the impact of business changes being implemented, raising risks and taking remedial action as required and connecting users to the support they need
  • They will lead on the creation of an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers and leads to ensure internal communications messages and updates regarding business transformation are consistent across all mediums
  • They will lead regular thorough and holistic reviews of processes to identify lessons learnt and communicate findings back to the business throughout the change process

What We're Looking for in You

  • Can articulate the keys steps of a process to deliver a successful business wide change
  • Experienced in leading business wide change initiatives
  • Advanced skills in conflict and negotiation management
  • Excellent allround communication skills
  • Can demonstrate how they have effectively worked with senior leadership teams, developing strong working relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating multiple initiatives or projects simultaneously
  • Defining financial realisation metrics and measuring performance against these.
  • A selfstarter and fast worker, able to demonstrate strong initiative and proactivity in a complex environment
  • Excellent sense of judgement regarding decision making and risk management
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidlychanging priorities, whilst maintaining focus on longterm goals
  • Excellent people skills experience of working with people from different backgrounds and seniority
  • Experience in delivering successful transformational change, from inception through to implementation
