As a host at Fireaway MK, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for providing attentive and friendly service while guiding guests through their dining experience.


Your main duties will include:
Greeting guests as they arrive and escorting them to their tables.
Presenting menus and explaining menu items, including pizza specials and recommendations.
Taking orders accurately and promptly, catering to any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring orders are correct and properly presented.
Making drinks including coffees and cocktails.
Checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns.
Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.


Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
