In this capacity you would originate and advise on the full range of investment banking transactions (across all sectors), including listed M&A and UK Takeover Code Transactions.

The typical work flow includes client coverage, business development and involvementin execution as part of an integrated sector and product team model.

My client is keen to speak to proven investment bankers at the Senior VP and Director level who have accrued exposure to Takeover Code and Listing rules.
