Crossling are the North's leading independent Plumbing and Pipeline Merchants.

We have the following exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales person to join our successful organisation within our Brighouse Branch.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team.

The main duties include:
- _Dealing with customer orders and queries_
- _Building relationships with customers_
- _Provide an efficient and professional service for customers_
- _Be well organised, confident and outgoing_
- _Have an excellent telephone manner_
- _Have a good standard of written English and strong verbal communication skills_
- _Have the ability to work confidently using your own initiative and be able to prioritise and organise workloads with support and instruction_
- _Have a smart, and professional appearance_
- _Be able to work well in a team and get along with colleagues_
- _Have a minimum of 5 x GCSE at including grades A

C in Maths and English_

- _Have previous sales experience preferably from the merchant sector_
- _Knowledge of plumbing, pipeline and heating products is essential_

Management and Supervision
You will report to the Branch Manager who will be able to train you effectively in the areas required.

Working Week
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8.00am to 5.00pm with one hour lunch break.
