Reed Accountancy are delighted to be assisting an established Brand based in Basildon who are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator.
Based in Basildon for 2 days working from home 3 daysWe are currently looking for a full-time FinanceAssistant to work with a supportive and close knit team.
Responsibility may include, but is not limited to:
Check and update the data and monitor the integration between the company ́s systems Upload and input data to accounting system Share the required data to other departments Work closely with other departments to resolve customer ́s queries Monitor and supportthe invoicing process Experience in Financial or Accountancy Data Entry, or a comparable field would be ideal Excellent organisational ability Good written and oral English Language skills Excel skills and experience Excellent attention to detail Ability towork from home and after induction.
37.5 hours£10.00-£10.50 Per Hour
Full Time (Hybrid after induction)
