Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the hire desk, ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently
  • Ensure that all equipment is delivered and collected on time
  • Liaise with clients to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of all hires, i
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hire desk
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work

Salary:
From £26,000.00 per year
