Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the hire desk, ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently
- Ensure that all equipment is delivered and collected on time
- Liaise with clients to resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all hires, i
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hire desk
- Provide administrative support as required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
Salary:
From £26,000.00 per year
