About the role
The Service Support Officer will work alongside Hft's existing Day Opportunity Services, Supported Employment and Project SEARCH sites to ensure smooth delivery of services in these areas.

About you
You will already have, or have a commitment to achieve, a business administration level 3 qualification or equivalent
You will have strong IT knowledge, including experience of using Microsoft office suite with the ability to produce reports and presentations within Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience of working in an office environment
Experience managing sensitive data including workforce documentation
Good financial understanding of management accounts including working knowledge of purchase and sales ledger as well as petty cash, credit card reconciliation
