What are we are looking for:

What you will need to do:

You will record the details of complaints against company policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines; You will be required to ensure complaints are handled in line with process, procedures and within regulatory timeframes.


You will need to coordinate with product/service suppliers and/or other departments to research and determine the validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints.


  • Enjoy working in a team
  • A good understanding of technology
  • Have a clear voice and a friendly, helpful and professional telephone manner
  • Be able to ask the right questions to find out how best to serve the customer's needs
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be calm and focused when handling complaints
  • Be prepared to deal with customers who are angry or upset
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent listening skills

Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
