What are we are looking for:

What you will need to do:

You will record the details of complaints against company policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines; You will be required to ensure complaints are handled in line with process, procedures and within regulatory timeframes.

You will need to coordinate with product/service suppliers and/or other departments to research and determine the validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints.

Enjoy working in a team
A good understanding of technology
Have a clear voice and a friendly, helpful and professional telephone manner
Be able to ask the right questions to find out how best to serve the customer's needs
Be able to work under pressure
Be calm and focused when handling complaints
Be prepared to deal with customers who are angry or upset
Have strong communication skills
Strong IT skills
Excellent listening skills
