Description
Duties not limited but include:
- Job allocation, quoting, invoicing, producing method statements and risk assessments
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- Good level of literacy and numeracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Computer literate
- Previous experience in an administrative role
This position offers the opportunity to work in a relaxed office environment where you will be responsible for providing administrative support.
Our business needs are for Monday to Thursday working either 08:00-13:00 or 09:00-14:00.
One year fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
Holiday and bank holiday pay.
Free parking on site.
