The Organisation:_

Our client is a leading professional services firm that has a strong presence in the defence industry in the UK.

The firm works with a range of clients in the sector, including the UK Ministry of Defence, to provide a variety of services including consulting,audit and assurance, and tax and financial advisory services.

This organisation has a dedicated team of professionals with expertise in the defence industry, and is committed to helping its clients achieve their mission through innovative and effective solutions.

Responsibilities:_
Solve client problems using a designled approach
Collaborate with digital experts across various disciplines to innovate and solve exciting problems
Create highquality UX deliverables that meet project objectives, including:
Designing user interfaces and interactive prototypes for various devices
Developing wireframes and functional specifications
Designing information architecture
Creating personas, scenarios, and customer experience maps
Use user and stakeholder research to inform UX design concepts, deliverables, and outcomes
Design and lead workshops and cocreation sessions
Identify UX issues in existing systems and processes and develop recommendations for improvement
Contribute to the planning and scoping of UX projects and the selection of appropriate tools and techniques
Enhance UX methodologies and stay current on UX and digital technology trends
Work effectively in diverse, inclusive teams
Requirements:_
Demonstrated passion for creating intuitive, userfriendly interfaces that solve business problems
Strong portfolio showcasing UX design experience and abilities
Strong understanding of the endtoend UX design process, usercentered design, and UX principles
Proficiency with UX design and prototyping tools (such as Sketch or Figma)
Experience developing rapid prototypes
Familiarity with UX trends and methodologies
Ability to prioritize and plan workload to meet deadlines
Commitment to contributing to the success of the Experience Design team
Interest in the Defense and Security sector within government
Desirable:_
Background in areas such as strategy, user research, business analysis, visual design, creative, or frontend development
Experience with client delivery and engagement
Experience designing, planning, and facilitating user research and usability testing
Ability to confidently present concepts to senior client stakeholders
Strong conceptual and information architecture skills
Experience with agile development processes
