Description
We are searching for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service and driving sales growth.


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Engage with customers inperson to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Upsell products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build rapport and handle customer inquiries effectively

Salary:
From £25,865.06 per year
