Description
We are seeking to recruit several Corporate/Commercial Solicitors for a leading Top 70 multi-office practice with a national focus.


Based in Cambridge, the day-to-day will cover a range of corporate commercial matters including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, sales, and purchases of businesses, share options, agency agreements, consumer contracts and framework agreements.

Providinga defined career path, you will be working closely with Legal 500 recognised lawyers, whilst supporting clients across a range of sectors.

The experience level is open at this stage, our client is recruiting across all PQE ranges. Applicants from a private practice or in-house background are encouraged to apply.

We are seeking someone with the ability to develop new relationships, experiencein IT law would be beneficial but not essential.


On offer is a competitive salary dependant on experience level, 25 days leave plus bank holidays, health insurance, life assurance and a hybrid working arrangement.
