About Our Client:

My client is an internationally renowned business, committed to providing a luxury experience to their guests.

They are excited to now be looking to add a French speaking Purchase ledger assistant to their Bicester based finance team.


  • Setting up suppliers
  • Updating supplier records
  • Processing invoices and credit notes accurately
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing bimonthly payment runs
  • Completing month end process
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Liaising with internal customers

The Successful Applicant:


  • Fluent in French
  • Accounts Payable experience preferable
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Oracle a plus
  • An eye for detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own
