The post holder will work under the clinical instruction of an experienced therapist and will be part of our wider 'One Team' made up of nurses, therapists and our frailty team with close links to other services such as our Geriatrician and Adult Services.


Our aim is to provide high quality, safe services which improve the health, wellbeing and independence of the people we care for.

We deliver these services within our local community so you will feel a real sense of achievement and connection knowing that your work makes a difference to local people's lives.
