A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Royal Free AMEDEC division as a band 5 senior rota coordinator for A&E.

This key role will involve co-ordinating rotas within the Emergency department, regular liaison with senior clinicians and managers, key external stakeholders and organising medical cover with directorates to ensure safe staffing levels across the the Emergency floor at all times.


The post holder will work in partnership with the senior rota coordinator in the Acute Medicine Department and will be able to work with both rotas.

Though primarily responsible for the Emergency department, you will get the opportunity to work with doctors from a range of specialities who feed into the Acute Medicine on-call rota and play a vital role in changes and reforms to the rota's management across the Trust.

The post holder will also be responsible for chairing key rota meetings and managing doctors of various grades.
