Team Administrator - London (Hybrid) - Permanent - £30k-35k

About the role

National Gas has an exciting and important role in net zero and in leading a fair energy transition for the UK.

We will do this by developing the green gas system of tomorrow, while delivering the natural gas needs of today.

We are looking for a Team Administrator for Strategy and Regulation, to provide comprehensive administrative support across the team of strategy, regulatory strategy, regulatory delivery, transformation, M&A, and data science.

You will work closely with the heads of each of the individual teams to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will provide general administrative support, including managing the Director's diary and team schedules and communications. You will be responsible for arranging and managing team meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials. You will collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of scheduling of projects and initiatives.

You will also be managing and maintaining team documentation, Teams communications and channels, team events (e.g. Christmas party, away days), and purchasing requirements via Coupa.


What you can expect from us
As well as a salary between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience, you will get:
