MBA are excited to be working with a best-in-class insurance company, assisting their search for a talented
Claims Co-Ordinator. The client is an industry heavyweight with a reputation for client centric claims management, technical innovation and leadership.


The Claims Co-Ordinator will be responsible for:

  • Handling FNOL Calls and dealing with Policy Holders day to day
  • Setting up claims from initial contact and minding the internal claims portals
  • Demonstrating high levels of Integrity, Client Focus, Professionalism and Teamwork
  • Act as a Client Relationship advocate

The Claims Co-Ordinator will need to have:

  • Good understanding of industry
  • Proven experience in insurance claims environment
  • Excel/Word/Powerpoint capability
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven service delivery and meeting client expectations

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
