Location:
Sunderland (travel to various sites will be required)

We are recruiting for a Quality Advisor to join the Digital Mail department at one of Europe's largest communication companies.

Working as a team member to the Quality Lead you will ensure that the level of daily quality tasks are completed whilst also supporting where necessary operational demands.

Key Duties:

Undertake assigned quality checks that is designed to identify quality gaps and support fix activity.
Feeding into the Quality Manager areas of concern together with opportunities of improvement.
Working with the Quality Manager and your fellow Quality Leads in problem solving site quality issues.
Lead on the continuous and innovative development.
Work as a SME in identifying process weaknesses and support the Dept.
Act as a Quality Champion both for the Dept.
Assist with the training of new recruits.

We are looking for individuals with experience of working within a fast-paced, customer service risk controlled environment. The successful applicant will require experience using Microsoft packages,
