Property Manager
Harrow, Middlesex
£50,000 + Pension
If you are a highly experienced rental property specialist then this role for a Property Manager is going to be perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential leasehold properties across North West London
- Carrying out periodic inspections of properties and producing site reports
- Arranging maintenance of all areas that are common to all leases under the terms of the lease
- Preparing for major works to be completed and tracking through to completion
- Producing service charge budgets for each property within portfolio managed
- Ensuring that the properties including common areas in portfolio are fully insured
