Job Description Summary:
Scheduling Tool Implementation Project


USCAN is in the process of creating a team of field service schedulers and implementing an advanced Oracle Field Service scheduling technology for decision support.

This is a major change in our service delivery model, which has historically placed the burden of scheduling & coordinating service directly on the Field Engineers.

Other GEHC regions have previously gone through the transition to scheduling service on behalf of the FE.

The team has previously had best practice sharing discussions with multiple regions & external field service companies, but it would additionally be helpful to have more access to members of the teams that lead or guided those changes.
