The Role:


We are currently looking for a PA to the Managing Director/ Sales Admin Support to join our family feel team.

We are looking for someone with self drive, razor sharp focus and organisation skills, who leads by example and takes a proactive, hands-on approach to ensure the success of the team by taking on direct involvement with all related business activities.


The PA to the Managing Director/ Sales Admin Support reports to the Managing Director and will need to possess great communication skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks with great efficiency and proactively manage expectations of all relevant stakeholders.


You will provide day to day support and carry out administration tasks on behalf of the Managing Director, to enable them to spend maximum time on strategic tasks.

When not supporting the Managing Director, you will provide admin support to the sales team, as and when required.

Main Duties:

The specific responsibilities for the PA to the Managing Director/ Sales Admin Support are detailed below:

  • Proactively seek ways to help the Managing Director be more efficient with their time
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Director; dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Proactive management of the daytoday requirements of the Managing Director, including but not limited to; their diary management, daily itinerary, meeting agendas, meeting preparation and event coordination
  • Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments along with controlling access to the Managing Director
  • Book and arrange meeting rooms, travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organise events, meetings and conferences to ensure the Managing Director is fully prepared including the creation of agendas, reports, presentations, and handouts
  • Ensure that the Managing Director is reminded of and supported with any important tasks and deadlines
  • Manage, collate and produce key reports and summaries using departmental information
  • Provide support to the Managing Director to meet internal and external targets and deadlines
  • Manage the Managing Directors company card, authorisations, collation of receipts and reconciliation
  • Support the Managing Director with People related tasks including the management of their HR Toolkit, return to work processes, probation reviews and absences, holiday taken, booked and remaining for the business
  • Occasional travel may be required for this role for the purpose of meetings or events, at the direction of the Managing Director
  • Key link between the Managing Director and other departments ensuring any issues are raised in a timely and efficient manner, supporting where required
  • Any other reasonable tasks required relating to the role of PA to the Managing Director/ Sales Admin Support
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Director; dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Provide support to the sales team with admin tasks as required, such as raising quotes and providing relevant reports

  • Ability to take ownership & demonstrate required values and behaviours
  • Experience in business analysis, writing reports, producing summaries and document control
  • Previous relevant experience
  • Excellent IT and typing skills
  • Microsoft 365 experience and skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation, time management and problem solving skills
  • Meeting/event support and management experience
  • Ability to selfmotivate against demanding targets and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • The ability to work closely with others is imperative, requiring team participation to achieve the agreed objectives.
