Nursing Home Manager | Luxury Elderly Care
Salary circa £70,000 - £80,000 per annum + discretionary bonus

Are you an experienced CQC Registered Manager who is resident-focused and prioritises care and quality? Do you pride yourself on delivering excellent standards of care? Do you have experience managing luxury, elderly, nursing homes and achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' CQC ratings? Do you possess a strong commercial acumen and are able to market your home and increase occupancy?

Your role will involve registering with the CQC and managing this stunning nursing home to the highest standard and ensuring it is well-performing and maintaining a 'Good' overall CQC.

You will be an experienced Home Manager who has previous experience working in a luxury elderly care home. You will ideally be nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD), however this is not essential.
This role in based in Oxford and is commutable from Chipping Norton, Cheltenham, Banbury, Bicester, Witney, Yarnton and Kidlington.
