Opportunity

Our plant team has grown significantly over the last year, and we are now recruiting for an additional team member to join as a full-time hire controller.

You will report to the Hire Desk Manager and be responsible for arranging the hire of plant, tools and machinery to enable our production teams to full fill site requirements.

RM Contractors have been delivering quality residential groundworks and civil engineering services for over 25 years.

With regional offices in Worcestershire and Oxfordshire we're well placed to serve the UK's top house builders operating in the Midlands and Home Counties.

The Successful Applicant will

Enjoy and have previous experience delivering a highclass service using product knowledge and expertise to fulfil programme demands whilst still being costeffective.
Have a handson approach to changing deadlines and the drive to work within a highpressured environment.
Hold methodical administration skills with good attention to detail.
Have previous experience in a relatable position.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to

Completing daily on or off hire requests (Internal and external equipment) ensuring all deliveries and collections are monitored and production teams are kept up to date.
Log and resolve equipment breakdowns with repair teams and external hire suppliers.

Hours
7:30am to 16:30pm Monday - Friday
