£11.00 per hour
Hours:22.5 hours Mon-Wed (With the ability to work remotely 1 day per week, after
completion of 3-month probationary period)

Main Purpose of the job:
As a crucial part of the Crowns team, you will play a vital role alongside the Head of Operations, in maintaining an efficient, organised administrative function for the business.
General Responsibilities
- Timesheet reconciliation
- Area by area invoicing preparation
- Payroll
- Client Invoicing
- Following and using accounts systems & Internal custom CRM database.
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Working closely with individuals across the business at all levels
- Maintaining Internal Database records
- Ad hoc duties to support the team
Payroll
- Weekly payroll
- Managing weekly expenses
- Submission to Pension Provider
- Reporting to HMRC / RTI
Invoicing
- Raising and sending of client invoices
- Purchase order management
Compliance and office duties
- Uploading compliance onto the CRM system
- Maintenance and audit of compliance documents
- General administration
- Supporting other functions as required i.e., marketing

Person Specification
- Hold or be studying towards a relevant accountancy qualification
- Previous Experience with Xero Accounting System
- Previous Experience with Brightpay Payroll system
- Understanding of bookkeeping
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Enthusiastic, committed and a fast learner
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Confident communicator with a wide range of people at all levels
- The ability to provide accurate and timely information to a high standard
- The ability to work as an effective and flexible team member and a willingness to accept adhoc work requests
