McLaughlin & Harvey are one of the leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractors operating throughout the UK and Ireland.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Construction Systems Coordinator to join our growing IT department.


Working within the IT Team, the Construction Systems Coordinator will help maximise the Company's investment in existing and new IT systems by delivering training, providing advice, and coordinating project configuration and roll-out.

In addition as Construction Systems Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:

  • Involvement with working groups supporting the development and roll out of new features and systems, ensuring they meet business needs
  • Managing Viewpoint and Fieldview setup and configuration, project calibration, creation of mobile forms etc as new projects come on stream
  • Conduct IT Inductions for new starts and ensure staff have the right access for their specific role
  • Carry out site visits to train new staff, support existing staff, and demonstrate systems to external client / design teams
  • Creation of learning support materials, user guides and "how to" documentation


The Construction Systems Coordinator role is a great opportunity to get involved and help ensure the success of our systems, and would be well suited to a Senior Document Controller or Construction Administrator looking for the next step in their career.

Experience within the construction industry is preferred but not essential.
