Part Time Senior Stylist at Elem Cambridge (Up to 24 Hours Per Week).

Role Overview:
As a Part Time Senior Stylist, you will be a key figure in ensuring that our clients walk out feeling confident, radiant, and satisfied.
You will not only have superior technical skills in hairdressing but also the passion to transform and uplift each client's experience through personalized styling advice and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultations:
Understand client needs and desires, offering bespoke hair solutions tailored to their individual characteristics.
Cutting & Styling:
Utilize advanced techniques to provide a range of services from classic trims to transformative restyles.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and best practices. Attend workshops and seminars when possible.
Client Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive a unique and unforgettable salon experience.
Mentorship:
Guide and mentor junior stylists, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster growth within our team.
Maintaining Workspace:
Ensure that the work area is always clean, organized, and safe, adhering to health and hygiene standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional salon setting.
- Demonstrable expertise in cutting, styling, and coloring.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

£12.00-£20.00 per hour

Experience:
- running your own column of clients: 3 years (preferred)
