Description
Up to £23,500 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits

Collaboration is key, you'll build relationships within the FCR team and across the wider business maintaining excellent service standards and upholding the team ethos.
Make sure the required escalation routes are followed for queries requiring specialist knowledge or processing and provide timely resolutions to problems, always following to the policies and procedures.
Your contribution will extend beyond daily tasks as you help with any ad-hoc projects and process improvements driving continuous improvement across the team, and helping shape the team's annual plan.
You'll bring customer service experience, ideally with some knowledge of finance, cash or banking processes. You'll have a positive, proactive and right-first time approach and a tenacity to chase answers until resolution.Have a desire to continuously improve and seek learning opportunities along with the ability to plan and prioritise your workload to exceed targets.
