The role of HR Advisor:
- Manage HR operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and managers
- Maintain records and compile reports concerning personnelrelated data
- Coordinate and implement HR projects to meet strategic business goals
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conduct training sessions on HR practices and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements relating to HR
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A CIPD qualification or hands on HR Advisory experience
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Problemsolving aptitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
