The Role:
Outstanding opportunity for an Area Sales Manager for a widely recognised market leader in transmission components. Area Sales Managers are responsible for selling mechanical gearboxes, variators and full drive trains into OEMs,end users and distributers.

Key decision makers include engineers, designers, store managers, directors and owners so an important factor to achieving success is the ability to lead conversations and sell to a variety of customer profiles.

There is an elementof driving new business but the Area Sales Manager will be spending a lot of their time managing approximately 150 accounts across the South West of England.

Requirements:
To be considered for the Area Sales Manager role you must have:

Willingness to learn and develop.
Adaptable to different customer profiles.
Ability to develop relationships easily.
Engineering experience would be beneficial.
Knowledge of rotating equipment would be beneficial.
Full and clean driving license.

The Package for Area Sales Manager:

Basic: £30k£40k.
Bonus /

OTE:
£8k expected year 1.

Car: £600pm car allowance.
Benefits: Mobile, laptop, healthcare, pension contributions and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases by one day a year up to 30 days).
