As part of our current local transformation work, Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust have received investment to expand our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment (CRHT) teams.

We are seeking experienced, dedicated and passionate Crisis Care Practitioners (Band 6) to join our Multi-Disciplinary team from either a
Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy or
Social Work background.

The CRHT team provide rapid response and intensive home support for adults who are experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis.

We also work with our community teams and partner organisations to provide a range of support options for people experiencing mental health crisis.
