An exciting opportunity for a positive individual to join a fast-growing organisation.
Our client is a multi-site Hospitality business and is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business with a fast-pacedenvironment.

The company operate a hybrid working policy with 4 days per week based on site in central Bristol and 1 day worked from home.


Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include:

  • Complete balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Produce reporting and analysis to support sites and senior management
  • Working with sites to understand why variances have arisen and to help resolve the variance
  • Support with New Sites Opening ensuring that access to banking is set up, training sites etc.
  • Ensure all weekly petty cash, sales, cash and card receipts are accurately recorded
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sites, help them with queries and requests

The successful Accounts Assistant will require the following skill and experience:

  • Experience of an accounting role in similar sized or larger multi-site companies
  • AAT level 2 or above qualification
  • Experience of working within the Hospitality industry is preferred
