The Role:
As a
Financial Services Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in new business processing, valuations, and client servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Addressing policy inquiries.
- Managing telephone and reception responsibilities as needed.
- Providing comprehensive admin support, encompassing call handling, mail, typing, and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Financial Services Administrator or in a similar role.
- Previous experience in an Independent Financial Advisory practice.
- Familiarity with platforms like Abrdn, Aviva, and Aegon.
- Experience with IO (Intelliflo) backoffice system. (Beneficial)
- Skilled in MS Office
- Word, Excel, and Outlook.
