The Client:

Our client, an independent financial advisory firm, provides expert advice on investment opportunities, tax efficiency, retirement planning, and more.


The Role:

As a
Financial Services Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in new business processing, valuations, and client servicing.


Responsibilities:


  • Addressing policy inquiries.
  • Managing telephone and reception responsibilities as needed.
  • Providing comprehensive admin support, encompassing call handling, mail, typing, and client interactions.

Requirements:


  • Previously worked as a Financial Services Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in an Independent Financial Advisory practice.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Abrdn, Aviva, and Aegon.
  • Experience with IO (Intelliflo) backoffice system. (Beneficial)
  • Skilled in MS Office
  • Word, Excel, and Outlook.
