**Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Associate (circa 2 PQE) to join our market-leading team.

The role will include a wide range of commercial and Real Estate transactional work including Landlord and Tenant matters, commercial leases, investmentand disposal transactions, including portfolio transactions.


The role will suit someone who has excellent people skills who is looking to develop their career within a friendly collegiate team that is widely recognised for its expertise in this area.

Whether working with an investor, developer, or occupier you willbe part of a team that team which is responsive, focused and will get things moving.


As a well-respected team of specialists, they offer the strength and depth that comes from having one of the largest real estate teams in the UK as well as a highly-regarded team across our other global locations.

Within the team, they have the full rangeof expertise needed to advise throughout the entire property asset life-cycle from planning, investment and management advice to sale, redevelopment or onward sale and leaseback.

They advise on every aspect of commercial property, at all levels of the team.

  • Deliver highly efficient, professional and creative service to the existing clients of the department
  • Deliver advice of the highest technical competence, including in relation to complex portfolio sales and purchases and development
  • Ensure the retention of clients allocated to him/her and further enhancement of our relationship with them
  • Proactively seek to work with other Group members in the marketing of the firm's services and the expansion of the Real Estate's business of the firm
  • Assist when requested with the cover of the cases of other Group fee earners during holidays or their absences abroad on business
  • Contribute to the smooth administration of the firm's Real Estate Group's business
  • Demonstrate a background in landlord and tenant work, corporate support and investment acquisitions and disposals
