The Role Itself and the Duties Involved
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Conference and Banqueting department for a Casual Conference and Banqueting Associate. The role itself is a casual position and you will be expected to be flexible regarding the hours worked.


Main Duties Include:

  • To ensure a smooth service delivery within the Banqueting function is delivered to at all times.
  • To setup and ensure function room layout is to the customers specification
  • To carry out all reasonable requests given by a shift leader, supervisor or Manager.
  • To ensure that Company standards and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times.

Qualifications and Skills
There are a range of qualifications, skills and characteristics we are looking for to successfully fill this role


These include:

  • Some previous Food & Beverage serving experience within with in a 4 star hotel environment or similar
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work alone and within a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with a good level of English.
