The Role Itself and the Duties Involved
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Conference and Banqueting department for a Casual Conference and Banqueting Associate. The role itself is a casual position and you will be expected to be flexible regarding the hours worked.

Main Duties Include:

To ensure a smooth service delivery within the Banqueting function is delivered to at all times.
To setup and ensure function room layout is to the customers specification
To carry out all reasonable requests given by a shift leader, supervisor or Manager.
To ensure that Company standards and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times.

Qualifications and Skills
There are a range of qualifications, skills and characteristics we are looking for to successfully fill this role

These include:

Some previous Food & Beverage serving experience within with in a 4 star hotel environment or similar
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work alone and within a team.
Strong communication skills, with a good level of English.
