New Customer Service role opening in our Aylesbury branch.


We are excited to be on the look-out for a full-time Customer Service Executive to join us and operate from the Aylesbury branch to help us manage our ever-growing customer base.


Based in the building and construction sector, we are the leading seller of external wall insulation and modern systems in the South East.

We have a large database of installers across the UK who use our systems and materials, and we now have branches throughout the South-East England where we sell, deliver and stock our materials.


The role is a great opportunity in our customer service department, managing our customer relationships and problem solving efficiently to main our high standards.


Job Summary

  • Managing the overall reduction in "churn" of our customer base by improving the customer service experience.
  • Dealing with delivery issues such as: late deliveries, missed deliveries, etc to find the best possible solution for the end customer. Therefore, excellent at crisis management and prepared to work under pressure.
  • Multitasking and making quick decisions, which would be of most benefit to the company and the customer.
  • Taking the calls coming through to the deliveries department.
  • Booking new deliveries.
  • Building relationships with all our courier partners.
  • Keeping up to date with our products and be aware of what competitors are doing.
  • Learning onthejob and learn new skills.
  • Report into the Head of Customer Care & Aylesbury Operations.
  • Shift time is 9am6pm in Summer/ 85 in Winter.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong problemsolving and complaint handling skills
  • Has some customer service experience within the building industry (ideal but prior industry experience is not essential).
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic and focused; selfmotivated and wanting to learn new job.
  • Able to present with confidence and have good communication skills with the ability to speak to others within the business, dealing with queries from external parties e.g. customers, buyers and couriers.
  • Team Player must be able to get on with teammates and build on those relationships (both in Aylesbury and Chessington).
  • MUST be able to work independently and use own initiative.
  • Basic understanding of IT including Microsoft Office
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (3 days to be used at Christmas)
  • Team building events throughout the year

Job Types:

Pay:
From £24,000.00 per year
