Role Objectives:
Knowledge Management:
- Manage, curate and enhance the company's knowledge repository.
- Implement best practices for creating, sharing, and updating internal documentation.
- Ensure that the information is easily accessible to those who need it.
Software Documentation:
- Create, review, and update documentation for our software products.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and customer support teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
SaaS Expertise:
- Advise on ways to improve software performance and user experience.
Learning Management Systems (LMS):
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of LMS systems.
- Train staff on how to use these systems efficiently.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure all documentation and knowledge assets align with company needs and standards.
- Assist in onboarding new team members by providing them with relevant knowledge resources.
Training Delivery
- Develop and deliver regular training sessions for both internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with the small team of authors to create highquality training material.
- Author training material when necessary, ensuring it aligns with company standards and objectives.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in knowledge management and related technologies.
- Regularly review and update the knowledge management strategy based on feedback and new learnings.
Key Competency and Experience:
Minimum:2-3 years of experience in Knowledge Management
Core Competencies:
- Proven experience in Knowledge Management.
- Skills in Software Documentation, SaaS, Learning Management Systems.
- Strong background in training delivery and content creation.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team of authors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a global team.
Preferred:
- Understanding of SAS (Software) is a plus.
- Experience using WordPress and Stonly
- Prior experience in roles such as Implementation Consultant or Implementation Specialist.
- Previous exposure to roles that required creative decisionmaking and project designing.
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£2,500.00-£3,000.00 per month
Experience:
Knowledge Management: 2 years (required)
Learning Management System: 2 years (preferred)
