Location(s): Reading and the surrounding areas
A great opportunity to join a professional services company as their HR Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Supporting HR services across the UK such as recruitment, HR operations and employee relations
  • Managing key elements of people plan, including discipline, absence, capability, grievances...
  • Liaising with SLT
  • Preparing HR related documentation
  • Responsible for improvement initiatives for HR processes
