We have an exciting new opportunity to join the team at Paragon Rotherham as a permanent Warehouse Supervisor.

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager with the effective day to day operation of the warehouse by providing support and supervision to the warehouse team.

You will co-ordinate and monitor workloads to ensure quality levels are kept to a high standard and business targets are achieved.

This is a permanent contract based at our Templeborough site in Rotherham, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

What will your role as Warehouse Supervisor involve?
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Manage, organise, and supervise daily picking requirements in line with customer SLA's.
Organise the replenishment of stocks to maintain stock levels held in the pick face and accurately update the system.
Manage and monitor the prestart checks on all operational equipment and report any damage/defects to the Warehouse Manager.
Train and mentor your team of Warehouse Operatives.
Deliver KPI information to the team through a daily huddle.

What do you need to be successful in this role?
To be successful as a Warehouse Supervisor, you will need to be able to demonstrate you are:

Experienced working with and leading a team.
Familiar working within a warehouse environment.
A selfstarter using your initiative to reach goals and solve problems.
Thorough and analytical in all your work with great attention to detail.
Excellent in time management and organisation

You may have experience in the following role: Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader, Warehouse Operative, Distribution Team Leader, Distribution Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor.

Production Supervisor.
