An exciting opportunity for a Collections Advisor to join a well established Utilities business, based in Salford Quays.

You will be working within the Recoveries team, speaking to existing customers, help getting them back on track with their payments andsetting up payment plans.

Description

Duties of the Collections Advisor will be:

  • As a Collections Advisor you'll be responsible for all commercial and domestic collection's activities for all services across the business portfolio in order to mitigate any bad debt risks.
  • Work within an existing skilled team to promote great customer interactions and outcomes
  • To deliver a flexible approach in order to manage and switch between outbound dialling through the dialler as well as inbound telephony demand from customers
  • Support in Identifying and preparing accounts to be passed to the businesses external Debt Collection Agencies

Profile

  • To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in a customer focused role is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills

Job Offer
Pay rate £ £15.52

Hours - Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6pm - on a rota basis
