A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Project Supervisor for a highly successful family run specialist contractor who are a market leader in their field.

You do need to have Project Supervisor experience as full training will be given. You will come from a construction/contracting background either office based or Trade background. Must have driving licence. Excellent salary and benefits package including pension scheme, 25 days holiday, company van, annual bonus. Genuine scope for career progression and significant salary increase once progression to Project Supervisor is achieved.

  • The role encompasses the supervision of live projects and will also provide
operational support to team members as required.

  • Projects are predominantly located in London and the South-East
Main Responsibilities

  • Alongside senior management team attend prestart and handover meetings
as required to assist with the planning and organisation of live projects.

  • Conduct preinstallation surveys for upcoming works to ensure areas are
ready, relay preparation guidance and other relevant information to customers.

  • Attend site post installation to sign off works where required and complete any
other relevant paperwork.

  • On larger projects ensure works are setup ready for operatives to attend, book
in deliveries, arrange site storage boxes, consumables and organise any other

support they require.

  • Assist customers with scheduling works, all communication completed in a
timely manner.

  • Attend weekly progress meetings with other team members.
  • Assist Operations Manager with problem solving tasks completing reports in
Microsoft Word and ensuring resolutions are found as quickly as possible.

  • Gain a thorough technical understanding of all our wetroom products and how
they're installed in order to best advise customers on our systems and service.

  • Deliver materials to construction sites and complete a small teach to
surrounding trades as and when required.

Other Responsibilities

  • Ensure rapid and accurate communication with the business, and
other personnel within the company is maintained at all times.

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager on all aspects of your roles to
ensure they are executed correctly

  • Suggestions to improve and develop current systems/procedures to enable the
business to run efficiently, effectively and profitably

  • Maintain a full understanding of the Group products and services
  • To maintain a flexible and enthusiastic approach to customer service in order
to maintain and promote good relations with all existing and new customers
